My goal is to help clinicians strengthen clinical judgment, refine case conceptualization, navigate ethical challenges, and build confidence in their therapeutic work. My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, encouraging clinicians to develop their own authentic therapeutic voice.
